Introduction

Welcome to TLA STAR, a mobile application operated by TL Astrologer OPC Private Limited{' '} (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

By accessing or using the TLA STAR mobile application (the “App”) on any platform, including but not limited to Android, iOS, and associated digital platforms, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

Definitions

• “App” shall refer to the TLA STAR mobile application.
• “Company” shall refer to TL Astrologer OPC Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
• “User” shall mean any individual or entity accessing or using the App.

Eligibility

The User represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

By using the App, the User confirms that all information provided by them is accurate, truthful, current, and complete. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

The User shall not impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent their affiliation with any person or entity.

The User shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App or any portion thereof, nor shall the User copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, transmit, publicly display, perform, license, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, assign, transfer, or otherwise exploit the App or any content therein, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with the prior written consent of the Company.

The User shall not misuse the App or the platform to propagate misinformation, religious intolerance, hate speech, or any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. The User shall not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The User shall not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App, or the servers and networks connected to the App. The User shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks.

Use of Services

The services provided by the App include access to personalized muhurat, planetary guidance, and horoscope-based timing based on the User’s provided birth details and current location.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any feature or part of the App and its services at any time, with or without notice.

The suggestions and recommendations provided through the App are for informational and indicative purposes only and should not be considered a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Subscriptions and Payment

Memberships may be purchased either through the Company’s website or through the App. Purchases made on the website are processed by a third-party payment gateway, and purchases made within the App are processed through the Apple App Store on iOS or through Google Play Billing on Android.

A membership purchased through the website is linked to the account used at the time of purchase and will be recognised in the App when the User signs in with that same account.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all subscription fees are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.

The User is solely responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions prior to the applicable renewal cycle to avoid incurring further charges.

Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, source code, branding, logos, and other intellectual property rights in and to the App are the sole and exclusive property of TL Astrologer OPC Private Limited and/or its licensors.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes only in accordance with these Terms.

Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to all or any part of the App and/or the User’s account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to the User’s breach of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT ANY ASTROLOGICAL PREDICTIONS OR TIMING RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE OR WILL LEAD TO ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USER’S ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP.

THE USER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE APP OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN IS TO STOP USING THE APP.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
